For orders within the United States:
All non-custom items are shipped upon receipt via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
A flat rate of $6.50 is charged for all orders.
Insurance is available upon request. Currently, the United States Postal Service
charges the following fees for Insured Mail:

All items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be
packaged and returned in the original condition it was received with a copy
of the invoice. Contact with Attérg®, Inc. is required prior
to any return in order to process your request and better serve your
needs. You may e-mail us at info@atterg.com.
All non-custom orders may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange less
the cost of shipping. Returns on Custom orders will be granted for
exchange or credit only.
Guarantee of Workmanship
We take pride in our work and devote the extra time and care it takes to assure you receive a finely crafted piece of jewelry. We guarantee our jewelry due normal wear and if, under original ownership, a piece should break — we will repair or replace it at no charge to you for up to 12 months from the original date of purchase. If you should chip a stone or damage a piece not due to our workmanship, or if after 12 months of ownership, we will work with you and submit a reasonable quote for repair.
